I was immediately drawn to Helping Up Mission when I first toured the men's facility in 2016 and heard about their philosophy of healing the whole man. In 2020, I had the opportunity to come on board and work with residents in the Women's Spiritual Recovery Program.  I have been so blessed to watch these women grow and change as they find a safe place to be loved, learn about God, discover their potential and make vital connections in the community.

Though I'm not a runner, I've decided to participate in the Baltimore Running Festival 5K with a few of our ladies on race day! Suit up and run with us, or join me in supporting this organization that is helping women walk through some of the biggest challenges of their lives!
